Wadham Futsal Team Qualify for National Championships

After competing in the County and South West Regional Rounds of the FA organised indoor Futsal Competition, Wadham School have got through to the National Finals to be held on the 4th July at the Institute of Sport in Sheffield.

Somerset Schools Futsal Festivals

Thursday, May 20th, 2010 | All Partnership, Buckler's Mead, King Arthur's, Maiden Beech, Stanchester, Swanmead, Wadham, Westfield
On Tuesday 20th April and Thursday 22nd April the Somerset Schools Futsal Festivals were hosted at Buckler’s Mead School, Yeovil. Co-ordinated by Somerset FA and supported by the South East Somerset Schools Sport Partnership the event saw schools from all over the south of the County compete at U10s, U12s, U14s and U16s. It was a brilliant two days of competitive Futsal as the winners of the 3 older age groups will now go on to represent Somerset at the Regional FA Youth Futsal Qualifier next month.

Wadham Students Get Into Sport

Last term students throughout the South East Somerset School Sport Partnership completed an online sports survey as part of the Government initiative for all pupils to have access to at least 5 hours of sport or healthy activity each week.
